The full text of all TIF plans, as approved by the TIF Commission, are available in PDF format. These files require the Adobe Acrobat Reader. If you do not have Adobe Acrobat Reader, you can get it here.
If you are unable to open the electronic version of a TIF plan, paper copies of all plans are available at the offices of the EDC for your review. If you experience any difficulty downloading these files, please contact Janine Pettitt at 816-691-2107.
