The Economic Development Corporation of Kansas City, Missouri is pleased to welcome two new business development officers to our team!
Cathleen Flournoy has a long professional career in sales and business development and was most recently a project manager for FirstService Residential. Cathleen will be working to help companies in the Crossroads/Midtown areas and will also be working to target the Arts and Creative Services Industry.
Jamilah Jones isn’t actually new to the EDC as she has spent the last 6 years working with our EDC Loan Corporation. She is eager to work on the business development side and in this new role, she will be working to help grow businesses in the Plaza + East KCMO areas. Jamilah will be working to target the Health Science industry.
Both Cathleen and Jamilah have a broad range of experience working with Kansas City companies and are very passionate about what they do. The EDC’s Business Development team as a whole works with Kansas City, Missouri companies in all sectors, supporting them in identifying and accessing resources to help meet their business growth goals.
