EDCKC joined in the celebration of the KC Daiquiri Shop’s second anniversary at 1116 Grand Blvd. on March 15.
Owners Calvin Vick and Harold Strickland presented EDCKC’s President & Interim CEO, T’Risa McCord, with a token of appreciation for EDC’s instrumental partnership in assisting with the start of the restaurant and continued support.
The KC Daiquiri Shop has had a remarkable two years of success and service, bringing a taste of the French Quarter to downtown Kansas City. They have some exciting plans in store, so stay tuned!
