DESCRIPTION: Littler, the world’s largest employment and labor law practice representing management, is relocating its services center and corporate departments to downtown Kansas City, Missouri. The firm will lease a 45,000 sq. ft. space at 2301 McGee, expecting to continue to grow its employee base over the next several years.

EDC ASSISTANCE
The EDC staff supported regional partners to tell Kansas City’s story as a location for high-opportunity organizations. EDC business development activities included:
– Presentation of requested information about Kansas City’s cultural, education and diversity amenities
– Introduction of client to Mayor Sly James, an instrumental resource in planning
– Participation in site tours and selection
– Technical assistance to the KCADC team
