The historic Argyle building, located at the corner of 12th and McGee Streets in downtown Kansas City, Missouri, has been transformed into The Argyle on 12th, a $21.3 million redevelopment project. The Argyle building was built in 1906 by renowned Kansas City architect, Louis Curtiss. Designed as an early commercial style, 4-story structure, the Argyle was expanded from four stories to ten in the 1920s and became a hub for local medical professionals.
