The 29 Belle townhomes project will redevelop a long-vacant parcel on the southeast corner of W. 29th Street & Belleview Avenue into nine for-sale townhomes.
Remez Partners, LLC, an affiliate of Exact Partners, has been working closely with the Hispanic Economic Development Corporation to promote and develop this project, which changed from a larger multifamily project to a nine-unit for-sale townhome project based on significant neighborhood input. Remez Partners and HEDC are also working to identify and utilize neighborhood-based contractors and sub-contractors in order to create more community benefits.
The Land Clearance for Redevelopment Authority (LCRA) supported this effort by creating a “footprint” Urban Renewal Area and approving 10 years of property tax abatement to help keep these townhomes affordable to households at 80% of Area Median Income.
