The truck parts and sales company based in Spencer, Iowa has expanded their business into the Kansas City area, building over a 57,500-square-foot facility in the Blue Valley PIEA Redevelopment Area near U.S. Highway 40 and the Manchester Trafficway. They expect to generate $10 million in gross sales a year, yielding $785,000 in annual sales taxes for the city.
