The Tax Incremental Financing Council (TIF) celebrated its Shoal Creek Parkway project with a ribbon-cutting ceremony at Flintlock & Woodneath roads.
Speakers including Councilmembers Heather Hall and Kevin O’Neill, TIF Director Heather Brown, and other community leaders, emphasized the safety and importance of the streetlight installation at the intersection near Shoal Creek Elementary School.
