This month, two roundtables were hosted by EDCKC, one on Financial Services, the other on Information Technology. The goal being to provide the Full Employment Council (FEC) with employer-informed recommendations on the best way to deploy resources to fill training and employment gaps facing many in our local tech and financial firms.
Efforts like this help us keep dialogue open with local business to best understand trends, unique, local needs and allow us to work together to create ways to be competitive in workforce attraction and retention.
