A recent $6.9 million expansion added 32,000 square feet to MULTIVAC’s U.S. headquarters in KC North, bringing their total warehouse space to nearly 120,000 square feet.
MULTIVAC is a global leader in packaging solutions for food, medical, consumer and industrial products. With global headquarters in Germany and U.S. headquarters in Kansas City, Missouri, they now operate in over 140 countries around the world.
With the new expansion, MULTIVAC expects to hire 50 new employees, which would bring their total employee count to 300. The new square footage provides room for more office space and a larger, more modern Innovation Center for customers to run package testing on their products to evaluate the look and quality of various packaging solutions.
